If you have ever tried to lose weight AND keep it off, you know that just diet and exercise isn't enough. It may work for a while, but there is another piece to the puzzle. That piece that needs to be addressed is in your brain, in your programming, in your beliefs. EFT/Tapping is a powerful tool used to reprogram your beliefs. Both Diet and Exercise ARE important. In fact having a plan for diet and exercise is a requirement of joining the group, but it is not the end all be all. Diet and exercise will help you reach your weight goals, the EFT tapping will help you change your relationship with your body so that you can maintain the ideal weight.
EFT is a powerful tool that we use every week in many ways, but one of the most profound ways is to change the limiting beliefs and programming that we took on as children. Chances are you experienced at least a few of the following:
Lack of motivation, will power, or simply feeling defeated by the process, we get it. This is where the support system comes in very handy as well as the EFT.
That is because on some level that weight did not feel safe to you subconsciously. EFT can get to the subconscious beliefs and shift them.
This works best for those who are ready. Ready to feel healthier. Ready to put their body first. Ready to face the crap that is behind the weight. Ready to evolve emotionally and grow as a woman.
Diet is responsible for 80% of weight, so we do need to address our diets. When members have a plan in place, they have much better results with the SIW. It doesn't matter what your plan is, as long as you have SOMETHING in place. It could be Vegan, Paleo, Keto, Weight Watchers or any other diet plan as long as it resonates with you and you are open to using it, we can help you be successful. If you don't have a plan yet, that's okay. We do offer a 14 day detox plan that is designed by Karen Donaldson, MS, RD, LD EFT Certified Weight Loss Coach.
Each meeting is different because each meeting is custom tailored to the group.

Special Guests: I have a large network of amazing heart centered entrepreneurs and experts on the topics that we want more information on. Special Guests are a regular occurrence on our calls to give you a variety or perspectives, input and resources.
Logistics: Meetings are done through Zoom. It is free to participate in the zoom meeting. For the first meeting, you will need to download the program. You will be given a link for the meetings. You can meet with or without your camera turned on as well.
Recordings are made available for a month after our meeting.
This is where the deep, life shifting magic happens. Lori has a variety of tools that she can use to help you to uncover the real reason(s) that the weight is still there. Lori is an expert on helping women with procrastination and self sabotage. Lori has been working with women on the topic of emotional eating, weight loss and trauma since 2014 with great success. Sessions are done online or in person depending on location and personal preference.
This is an opportunity to ask questions, share thoughts, concerns and challenges in real time. Every meeting there is a general topic to be covered, but the group really dictates the journey. We have 6 scheduled meetings, but with special guests, there will likely be extra meetings made available to you. This is YOUR group!
Many women have signed up in the past knowing that they couldn't meet at the specific time. They simply watched at their convenience and then followed up with their presence on facebook and Google docs. Their thoughts and input were still incorporated in the call even if they were not live.
This is where a lot of the Sisterhood magic happens. This is a space to post reflections, ideas, wins and struggles. This is a place where we hold each other accountable. We also use this space to support each other. In the past, women have learned more about themselves than they ever could have imagined and they did it through compassionate discussion. This is also the forum where it became clear as day that not a single one of us is alone on this journey. Each person in this group was raised with some form of negative programming when it came to food and/or their body image. In this secret group, we work together as a sisterhood. It truly is beautiful.
The accountability check-ins are a great way for you to track your progress. Some elements are data driven while others are action or emotion driven. We ask that you check in at least 4 times a week answering questions in posts and commenting on other's posts. If you are not a fan of Facebook use, you can be matched up with an accountability partner instead.
